49th and Elle
Meet Elizabeth Garza
Elizabeth Garza, describes herself as a 26-year-old Latina woman whose admiration for fashion began when she was a young girl. The importance of a put-together appearance was a huge factor in Garza’s success.
“I grew up knowing that dressing in clothing that makes you feel good also makes you feel confident and empowered in your own skin,” said Garza.
At just 15 years old, she began growing an acute taste for fashion that represented her body type and how she wanted to be perceived. Garza understood as a young woman that fashion not only made her feel empowered but allowed her to decide how she wished to be viewed. With this in mind, she used fashion as a tool of confidence.
“To me, the most important part of fashion as a woman is to feel beautiful and to reflect my confidence from the inside on the outside,” said Garza.
The fashionista wanted all women to feel a similar sense of confidence with fashion. Based in Vancouver, BC, Garza created 49th and Elle — a brand designed with the goal of helping women feel empowered through femininity. The brand was created to represent style and sophistication by adding a touch of luxury into every woman’s wardrobe. The clothes compliment women of all sizes, which has sparked substantial positive feedback from women eagerly awaiting the launch of the brand.
“My goal for 49th and Elle is to be a brand known internationally! A brand where women feel excited to shop at and for women to know that quality is a priority! I want everyone to shop at 49th and Elle for all their special occasions and to radiate confidence for girls,” said Garza.
The sophisticated pieces can be purchased online with the offer of international shipping. The launch of 49th and Elle was on May 31, 2021. You can use THEISSUE30 to save 30% on all your orders!
